Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding
weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

This can vary on the time of year.  To see an accurate fulfillment time, please look on the announcement bar found at the top of the page.  

Please keep in mind that we carry hundreds of different kits that can not be stocked at all times, so somethings are cut to order.   This takes your processing time from a day or 2 to 5+ days depending on how many orders are in front of yours.  We would appreciate your patience as we do our best to get your orders out as soon as we possibly can.

There is it potential of delays due to a high volume of orders or postal
service problems that are outside of our control. We will notify you of
any delays on our end. Once it leaves our store, it's in the control of
the shipping courier.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be
calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated based on before discount price.

*We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200(before taxes) in CANADA,(not including Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut).  FREE SHIPPING to EASTERN PROVINCES is on all orders over $250(before taxes).

*If a discount is applied to your order total, it is the after total that predicts your shipping charges not the before discount total.

Subscription Boxes can not be combined with another order for FREE SHIPPING.  Those other items will need to have their own shipping charge. Multiple Creative Maker Boxes purchased under one Subscription (making total over $200) does not qualify for free shipping.  

In-store pickup
We offer instore pickups for all online orders. You can skip the shipping
fees with free local pickup at 311 7st South, Lethbridge, AB.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your
order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days.

International Shipping

Estimated Shipping Times to the United States is 4 – 10 days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT),
which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Grayne & Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification
from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its
