When attending a workshop, be sure to wear paint-friendly clothing as sometimes you can get a little messy during the creative process! Please stay home if you are not feeling well or if you have been in close contact with some one who has COVID to lower the chance of spreading the virus to others.
Project selection, color choices + customization information for your project is required at the time of booking on our registration form. Please be sure to double check your spelling and information to ensure your project stencil and materials will be ready for you at the start of the workshop. All registration for public workshops must be completed at least 48 hours before event.
There is no deposit when booking a Private Party. Our minimum requirement is 7. If this can not be filled by the time of the 1 week cut off, we will invoice the initial contact person a $50 fee for each spot that is not filled. In order to avoid this charge, it would be best to organize a group of at least 7 who are willing to commit to your Private Party. If you would like to have a smaller group, please feel free to book your group into one of our Public Workshops, thus avoiding any additional charges that may occur.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our studio, registration fees are non-refundable. If you can not attend the workshop/private party, your project will be be packaged up as a kit to be available for pick up after the workshop date.
After 90 days if your DIY kit has not picked up, you forfeit the project balance + the DIY kit.
If an unforeseen circumstance is on behalf of grayne + co.(such as illness, low attendance, etc.), we will move your credit to another workshop date that works for you and grayne + co, or you have the option to take your project as a DIY kit.
After 90 days if your DIY kit is not picked up or unused credit is not used, you forfeit the project/credit balance.
Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 6 attendees.
We are not responsible to make sure that you use your credit up within the 90 day period. 90 days is from your missed workshop date. We will not follow up with emails so that you are reminded of your deadline.
Project Change Request
If you would like to make changes to your project within 72 hours of your workshop, we would be happy to accommodate your request for a $20 recut fee, payable by invoice upon the start of your workshop.
Custom Design Request
We would be happy to design a custom cutout for your project. There will be a $40 charge for any custom design. Not all design requests are possible. Final approval must be made by grayne + co.
Due to the nature of our studio now and the expensive and dangerous equipment in our space, we please ask that young children do not attend a workshop with you.
I understand that I will use and/or be exposed to drills, hammers, nails, nail guns, staplers, sand paper, paint and low VOC water based stains during grayne + co. workshops. I agree to be responsible for any damages to grayne + co.'s tools, equipment or facilities, to the extent and in the percentage I cause such damages.
I recognize there may be certain inherent risks in participating in grayne + co. workshops. I agree to take precautions and observe all grayne + co. policies, recommendations, directions, rules and warnings; whether provided orally or in writing. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and my personal belongings.
I further agree to release and discharge grayne + co. for any injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in grayne + co. workshops or my presence in grayne + co. facilities whether caused by me, grayne + co. or any third party.
I agree to indemnify and defend grayne + co. against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments costs or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my participation in grayne + co. workshops or my presence in grayne + co. facilities.
