RETURN Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
* Gift cards
* DIY Kits
* Custom Items
* Private Party + Workshop Registrations

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders not picked up within 90 days from purchase date forfeit their order and refund on order.

Refunds (if applicable)
If there is damage to the products received, you must send pictures within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we view the damage, we will either send out a new replacement or send refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Online Purchases Fusion Mineral Paint
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received, via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Small Business.
Once shipped I will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.

If your Fusion Mineral Paint order is frozen when it arrives that is OK.
Fusion Mineral Paint can be frozen and thawed up to 3 times.
Just allow the paint to come to room temperature before using.

Refunds will only be processed for orders that arrive leaked or damaged.
If you do receive a damaged order,
please email at laura@grayneandco.com (including in the email a photo of the damaged product) to start the refund process.
Please choose your colors carefully! I cannot offer a refund for any reason other than damaged product.
If you have questions about colors, please feel free to contact me via email before placing your order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at laura@grayneandco.ca.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at laura@grayneandco.ca and send your item to: grayne + co, 311 7st S, T1H 2Z3, Alberta, Canada.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: rayne + co, 311 7st S, T1H 2Z3, Alberta, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

***As we do are best to provide you with the best quality product we can, we do work with wood which is a living thing.  The conditions it is stored in can have affects on your wood.  For example, if it is subject to hot conditions, it can soften glues which can cause the wood to split, etc.  We can not guarantee these outcomes, so please take care of your pieces and store them in a controlled environment for the best longevity of your projects.
